The topic: Oscar-nominated film
Now finally everyone is settled down into the new year, it’s time to get started again with Sumy Movie Club. In exactly a week the whole movie industry will freeze and all attention will glide once again to the Dolby Theater in Los Angeles, California. So as the warm-up to our movie club we thought to start with one of the nominees of the award in Best Motion Picture.
The film Jojo Rabbit, directed by Taika Waititi (Thor: RAGNAROK) is probably not going to win, but it is still a masterpiece! We warn you! This satirical war picture with a blend of irreverent humor is not for the faint hearted!
Join us this Wednesday at 19:00 in the Congress Center of Sumy State University, Room 213.
